🔥 HAG – Hot Air Generator

A Hot Air Generator (HAG) is an equipment that produces hot air by mixing fuel combustion gases with fresh air to supply controlled-temperature hot air to dryers, spray dryers, ovens, or other process equipment.

⚙️ Working Principle
  1. Fuel Combustion: Fuels like diesel, furnace oil, gas, coal, or biomass are burned in a combustion chamber.

  2. Heat Transfer: The heat from combustion is transferred to air either:

    • Directly (hot gases mix with air)

    • Indirectly (heat is transferred via heat exchangers)

  3. Hot Air Outlet: The system delivers hot air at temperatures from 100°C to 800°C, depending on the process needs.
